Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Twinkle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping or courier companies after dispatch.
For orders outside of Bahrain, the customer is the importer of record. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These fees are collected by the courier and are non-refundable by The Trove.
