Twinkle is an online store based in the Kingdom of Bahrain specializing in children’s clothing, accessories, gifts, and selected lifestyle items.

2. Products & Availability

• Product availability is subject to stock availability at the time of order.
• Twinkle reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and prices without prior notice.
• We make every effort to display product details and colors accurately; however, slight differences may occur depending on screen settings and photography lighting.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment and order acceptance.
• Twinkle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on the website are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD).
• Payment must be completed using the approved payment methods available on the website.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring payment information provided is accurate and valid.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, holidays, or high-demand periods.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
• Twinkle shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers after dispatch.
• Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
• For orders outside of Bahrain, the customer is the importer of record. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These fees are collected by the courier and are non-refundable by The Trove.

6. Exchange & Return Policy

• Customers may request an exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
• To request a return or exchange, customers must contact Twinkle through the approved communication channels available on the website.
• Customers must provide the order number and reason for the return request.
• Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
• Customized, personalized, pre-order, and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are:
• BD 2 within Bahrain
• BD 3.5 non local orders
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund or exchange request through the approved communication channel.
• Twinkle reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
• Customized, personalized, and pre-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
